You should view your posing and presentation damn near just as high as you do your training!!! In fact posing can be a version of training the body in and of itself! guys, this fasting fashion bullshit is based on a single study done on mice, where the mice didn't eat for 3 days and autophagy hit in for them. problem with this no one mentions is that a mouse's metabolism is 16 times faster than a humans.. we'd need to fast for at least 1 or 2 weeks to get similar effects. fasting is nothing but another wave of pseudoscientific BS that people can capitalize on.

Ultra refreshing to hear Matt's honest perspective. Sure, he had to be a little political, but we can read between some lines. Also great to hear Chris speak on the olympia "top 3" workout. When i watched the video, it's clear that Derek isn't engaging his chest from the beginning of the press movement, so nice to hear that everyone else saw it too! Great guest! Need Matt on here more! (With him and Milos talking bodybuilding/the full lineup and their strengths, etc).

Best interview/podcast with mel chansey on RUclips where he gets to tell his story without being interrupted every 2 second like all the other “interviews” where the interviewer guy keeps interrupting and talking about himself all the time when the intention of the video is to hear mels story .. so good job DJ and Cormier on listening and letting mel do his thing. Good job!!!!!

Why is nobody talking about these Pigs Jim Manion, his son JM Manion, and his little son Tyler and how they are all in the IFBB? It has to change; you cannot be there forever and you die. The same goes for Steve Humberger and the judges; they need to be changed from time to time. Look at what happened when Dorian Yates was winning; he was a good friend of Steve's, and because Shawn Ray had a big mouth, they never let him win. We, the fans, need change and to stop the exploitation of women in fitness and bodybuilding. Enough is enough! Manion crowd out.
